Very cool. One thought though…If you are going to already use furring strips, you should have tried reflective insulation along with an R15. The product is called Low-E reflective insulation and the housewrap meets IECC 2012 code. It reflects 97% of radiant heat and in an urban environment it gets hotter than rural areas. http://www.low-e.com
I love your house and how the bed slides out underneath! I am living in a studio apt. with approx. 500+SQ FT. Longing to build a tiny house like yours in upstate, NY.(Orange County) Life is but a DREAM that we make happen in real life!. WOOHOO!!!
