- The Matchbox, Jay‘s 140-square-foot house, self-designed and built with invaluable assistance from Tony Gilchriest.
- Pera House, Lee‘s 145-square-foot house, designed and built by a whole team of folks including Lee herself, Matt Battin of Urban Density Lab (designer and builder), Tony Gilchriest and Ronnie Wills (builders), and Robin Hayes (systems designer and builder).
